The final days of downtown Penticton caf茅 and bakery Honey Toast are on the horizon.
Kristen (Fergy) Ferguson, owner of the Front Street business, says the beloved community spot will 害羞草研究所減ermanently害羞草研究所 close its doors on May 26.
Honey Toast first opened at 66 Front Street in May 2022, after Ferguson oversaw operations at the Nautical Dog Caf茅 near Skaha Lake.
Inspired by the family recipes of Ferguson害羞草研究所檚 grandmother, the downtown business had become a popular spot for coffee, cakes and other treats.
The owner addressed Honey Toast害羞草研究所檚 pending closure on May 7, in a social media post, saying that she害羞草研究所檚 moving on from the bakery business and taking a 害羞草研究所渟ignificant role in a project害羞草研究所 that she害羞草研究所檚 been working on since the start of the pandemic.
Her words were met with an outpour of community support.

Ferguson said the Front Street location will soon have new owners.
While bringing something 害羞草研究所渧ery exciting and delicious,害羞草研究所 the new occupants will announce their unveiling soon, she added.
