The City of West Kelowna invites residents to share their thoughts on developing the Infill Housing Strategy.

It will guide how the city can best use existing infrastructure to support new housing options.

In West Kelowna, zoning bylaws have been changed to allow up to four units of small-scale multi-unit housing on single-family lots. This could include duplexes with secondary suites, carriage houses, or townhouses in specific zones.

The city is interested in feedback on several key areas:

º¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù¢Considerations for the design and character of infill developments;
º¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù¢Overcoming barriers to infill development.

Residents can participate in the Infill Housing Strategy by visiting the to learn more about the strategy, take a survey, ask questions, and request a paper copy of the survey.

The deadline to participate is July 15.
