Kelowna to host six-part series of workshops starting Oct. 17 for those living with chronic pain in their lives.

Living with chronic pain is the focus of six-part series of workshops in Kelowna beginning Oct. 17

A free six-session workshop is being offered for those who are living with chronic pain.

The workshops take place every Monday, starting Oct. 17 until Nov. 21, 9:30 a.m. to noon, at the Glenmeadows residential development, 615 Glenmeadows Rd., in Glenmore.

The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program helps people living with chronic pain and their caregivers to better manage symptoms and activities of daily life. Participants receive the 害羞草研究所淟iving a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain害羞草研究所 companion book and the 害羞草研究所淢oving Easy害羞草研究所 CD.
