Multiple emergency crews are on scene of a vehicle into a tree at Houghton Road in Rutland.

The single vehicle crash happened just after 2 p.m. Monday.

Several RCMP cruisers were the first to respond to the crash at the intersection with Hein Road.

The incident appears to have been caused by a medical issue. A family member of the driver has been called to the scene, as the vehicle will not have to be towed.
