Kelowna residents are asked to give feedback on the cityº¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù™s new online permit application portal.

Comments are needed to help improve the portal before launch.

Residents are requested to spare 60 minutes between Apr. 23 and May 7 to meet with a consultant over a computer video call.

The session will be conducted over Microsoft Teams and there is no need to download any special software.

The city will ask for consent to record the session, however, residents can decline. Recordings are for internal use and research purposes only.

Participants will be compensated with a $30 gift card from one of the following businesses; The Greenery, Sprout Bakery or Lakehouse Home Goods.
