The City of West Kelowna is gearing up for a smoother ride for drivers with its annual road rehabilitation program.

Construction is expected to begin this week and should be wrapped up by the end of May, barring unforeseen weather delays.

Roads needing repair, often requiring milling and resurfacing, are prioritized.

Upcoming Road Rehabilitation Projects:Glenrosa Road: The stretch from Highway 97 to the Yorkton/Webber roundabout;

Ogden Road: Improvements from Graymar Road to Boucherie Road.

Motorists are asked to obey traffic control signs and personnel instructions, reduce speed in work zones, and give crews plenty of space.
