A crash has snarled traffic for commuters at the intersection of Highway 97 and Banks Road.
The incident between two vehicles occurred at approximately 4:45p.m. on Feb. 14.
Fire crews are on scene clearing debris from the road. It appears as though both vehicles will require a tow truck.
