Cyclist struck at Kelowna Costco

The individual was taken to hospital by ambulance

Emergency crews responded to a pedestrian struck on Baron Road near the Kelowna Costco shortly before 4 p.m.

A red Mazda appeared to be leaving the Costco parking lot turning right onto Baron Road when a cyclist was struck.

The cyclist was put in an ambulance and taken to hospital. Extent of the injuries are unknown.

Police, firefighters, and paramedics all responded.

The driver remained on scene.
