Gas tank drilled through outside Penticton school

The Penticton Fire Department cleaned up a gas spill Wednesday morning after a Uhaul truck had its tank drilled through.

The truck was parked on Forestbrook Drive behind KVR Middle School. The thief didn害羞草研究所檛 do a good job of stealing the fuel as gas spilled onto the road.

The owner or renter of the vehicle was not present when the fire department turned the scene over to the RCMP.

It害羞草研究所檚 not know how long the truck was parked there, or when the tank was drilled through before it was discovered on Dec. 27.
