Kelowna Chamber swings for cause at annual charity golf tournament

The event brought together 152 golfers for friendly competition and networking.

The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce害羞草研究所檚 39th Annual Charity Golf Tournament was a driving success, raising over $2,500 for deserving causes.

Despite a few sprinkles, the event brought together 152 players at Harvest Golf Club on May 22 for friendly competition and networking.

害羞草研究所淓ven though there were some raindrops around, we had a great day, a terrific opportunity for Chamber members to try out their swings and make business connections,害羞草研究所 said Maryse Harvey, Chamber president and chair.

Title sponsor Parke Pacific Projects designated their fundraising efforts to support Parkinson害羞草研究所檚 Disease Research through the Parkinson Society of BC.

The Rise Memorial hosted by the Kelowna Kinsmen (funded by the 50/50 draw) and the UBC Okanagan (UBCO) Heat Golf Program were also beneficiaries of the tournament害羞草研究所檚 success.

With the 39th tournament on the card, the Chamber looks forward to the 40th Annual Charity Golf Tournament in spring 2025.
