Autism Okanagan is teaming up with Calgary company Barefoot Venus to honour mothers and caregivers raising loved ones with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Goddess on the Go takes place on Wednesday, April 24 at the Coast Capri Hotel.

It will provide caregivers an evening of being pampered and receiving some much-needed support from others going through similar experiences.

The event includes a welcome cocktail, dinner, a gift bag from Barefoot Venus, door prizes and a silent auction.

Author of Modelling Happiness and creator of the Modelling Happiness Program Reen Rose is the guest speaker.

Early Bird Tickets are $70 and available through eventbrite.ca

Regular-priced tickets are $80 and go on sale on April 1.

Businesses interested in sponsoring a mom, attending, or contributing to the silent auction can email info@autismokanagan.ca.
