Kelowna害羞草研究所檚 Gospel Mission will be handing out cookies in celebration of Mother害羞草研究所檚 Day on May 12.
To acknowledge and thank the mothers and people who identify as women who have helped to shape their children and communities, Tracy Gray, MP for Kelowna-Lake Country, will be bringing cookies for Gospel Mission residents on Mother害羞草研究所檚 Day.
The cookies will be handed out to the Bay Shelter, Women害羞草研究所檚 Housing, and Outreach.
Neeru Singh, the marketing coordinator with the Gospel Mission said that in a world where motherhood takes countless forms, the outreach organization acknowledges the women who provide nurturing care, guidance, and support, including foster mothers, grandmothers, aunts, mentors, and all who embody maternal roles.
害羞草研究所淎s we celebrate, let害羞草研究所檚 also remember those in our community who have experienced loss, including our unhoused community separated from their mothers or children,害羞草研究所� said Singh.
This Mother害羞草研究所檚 Day, the Kelowna害羞草研究所檚 Gospel Mission invites the community to join in honoring all women and extending kindness to those who may be struggling.
