The Kelowna RCMP has reassured the community that there is no risk to the public after an underaged girl was allegedly attacked in West Kelowna on Jan. 7.
After Black Press Media reached out to the police, RCMP communications advisor Ryan Watters confirmed the attack took place but details are being kept quiet because everyone involved is underage.
On Thursday, Jan. 11, Central Okanagan Public Schools (SD23) also confirmed the attack and have been working alongside the RCMP in the investigation.

Additionally, like any incident that happens to a student, the victim害羞草研究所檚 school has supported the student, including using school-based counselling.
The RCMP also confirmed the parties involved have been identified and that an investigation is ongoing.
