Single vehicle crash briefly slows Friday morning commute in Kelowna

A single vehicle crash snarled traffic briefly on Friday morning, Jan. 5.

The incident took place northbound on Harvey Avenue between Abbott Street and Pandosy Street around 7:30 a.m. It is believed the vehicle hit a pole in the area. There was damage to the front and the side of the vehicle.

Kelowna RCMP attended the scene and it is believed no one was injured.

Traffic was backed up on the William R. Bennett bridge into West Kelowna as Harvey Avenue was down to one lane into Kelowna. However, the scene has been cleared.
