Traffic lights are back in operation but commuters continue to be impacted by the delays.

For the second time on Friday Nov. 17, traffic lights at major intersections in Kelowna are malfunctioning, causing issues for drivers.
At about 4 p.m., the lights at Dilworth Drive and Harvey Avenue were flashing, leaving motorists to yield to the right of way.
The issues with the lights are causing major delays for those driving north on Highway 97, traffic headed into downtown is also congested.
Earlier in the day, those commuting on Benvoulin Road were met with similar issues at the intersection with Springfield Road.
Lights were flashing for more than an hour, starting at about 8:30 a.m., at the intersection of Springfield and Dilworth Drive.
There are no reported power outages in the area.
