Tree of Hope to light the Kelowna skies once again

The light-up event will take place at 5:30 on Nov. 24 at the Landmark District

It害羞草研究所檚 once again that time of year as the annual Tree of Hope Light Up to set to begin.

Put on by The Stober Group and this year, in collaboration with the Kelowna Farmers害羞草研究所 and Crafters害羞草研究所 Market, will be lighting the tree at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 24 at the Landmark District.

害羞草研究所淥ur commitment to the community is unwavering, and the Tree of Hope Light Up is a testament to our dedication towards creating memorable moments and fostering unity,害羞草研究所 said Stober Group CEO Lisa Lock.

The annual event will feature food trucks, hot chocolate, and carol singers. After the light-up, everyone in attendance is invited to the 19th floor of Landmark 7 where over 30 Kelowna Farmers害羞草研究所 and Crafters害羞草研究所 Market vendors will be on display at a winter wonderland, giving people the opportunity to buy some local Christmas gifts.

Additionally, a winter wonderland will be available to attend on Saturday, Nov. 25.

This is the first event for the farmers market in the Landmark District, where it will be full-time in 2024.

Admission to the holiday winter wonderland market is $5, in which a portion of each donation will be going to the Central Okanagan Food Bank, which has partnered with the Stober Group and Stober Foundation.

害羞草研究所淲e are pleased to announce that this year, Stober Foundation will be making a significant capital investment towards the Central Okanagan Food Bank (COFB),害羞草研究所 said Stober Foundation president Ken Stober. 害羞草研究所淭his investment will enhance COFB害羞草研究所檚 ability to provide its clients with reliable access to food and proper nutrition. Moreover, it will also fund a pilot project that aims at supporting their clientele with additional professional development resources for growth and access to bursaries for the pursuit of post-secondary education.害羞草研究所

The Tree of Hope will illuminate throughout town until January 5, 2024.
