The Okanagan Connector reopened just before 2 a.m. on Friday, Mar. 29.

A vehicle incident is affecting traffic in both directions on the Okanagan Connector, Thursday night.

According to DriveBC, the crash occurred near the Pennask Summit.

Emergency crews are on the way to the scene.

Major delays are expected. Environment Canada forecasted a risk of a thunderstorm for the early evening with the snow level lowering to valley bottom overnight. Highway 97C is anticipated to receive up to 5 cm of snow overnight.
