害羞草研究所淭he assent process takes about two months longer to complete,害羞草研究所 said Trevor Seibel, Deputy CAO. 害羞草研究所淭he AAP is obviously much more expedient, it害羞草研究所檚 also more cost-effective in terms of time and resources that would be needed.害羞草研究所

An AAP requires a minimum of 30 days and would pass if less than 10 per cent of eligible voters object.

The total cost of the new fire hall is estimated to be $14.3 million. The balance of the construction costs would come from reserves, developer contributions, development cost charges, and operating surpluses.

In 2016, West Kelowna residents voted against borrowing $10.5 million to build the new city hall. Council eventually approved a borrowing authorization bylaw of up to $11 million dollars in 2020.
