Three Interior B.C. highways are under a Winter Storm Watch on Tuesday morning, according to Environment Canada.
The watch was announced at 5:34 a.m. on Feb. 27, for the Coquihalla Highway from Hope to Merritt, Highway 3 from Hope to Princeton, and the Trans-Canada Highway from Eagle Pass to Rogers Pass.

Because of this, visibility for drivers could be affected in some areas. Additionally, heavy winds are also expected.

The wind and snowfall should come to an end on Thursday for the Coquihalla and the Trans-Canada, but Highway 3 could continue to accumulate snow as the day goes on.
Environment Canada is suggesting avoiding travel if possible.
