Lake Country's Fynn McCarthy and Canada's men's volleyball team have been bounced from the 2024 Summer Olympics.
After losing to Slovenia 3-1 and France 3-0, Canada fell short in its last game of round-robin play 3-2 against Serbia on Saturday, Aug. 3. They won the first two sets against Serbia but then lost three in a row.
McCarthy, the fourth youngest player on the team, finished the tournament with 11 points and four blocks. He didn't factor in the scoring against Serbia.
