On a snowy and slushy Sunday, dozens of Vernonites trudged over to the Polson Park bandshell, in an effort to show solidarity for the children killed in the Israeli害羞草研究所揚alestinian conflict.
The rally was put on by the Canadians for Justice and Peace in the Middle East (CJPME) - Okanagan Chapter, which is an organization of people of all backgrounds who labour for justice and peace in the Middle East.
CJPME members had speeches before a march was held. The group walked from Polson Park down Highway 97, stopping at Mel Arnold害羞草研究所檚 office and the Vernon Courthouse.

The rally and vigil followed a Kelowna event that took place on Saturday, by the same group.
