Mounties arrested an Ontario teen for his alleged part in a drug dealing scheme.
An ongoing drug trafficking investigation led by the Kelowna RCMP Street Enforcement Unit resulted in the arrest of a man and the execution of a search warrant at a rural Central Okanagan property., said Cpl. Jesse O害羞草研究所橠onaghey in a press release.
Plain clothes officers with the Kelowna RCMP Street Enforcement Unit executed the arrest of a man May 6 in the parking lot of a business located in the 500 block of Highway 33 West in Rutland.
害羞草研究所淭he arrest was connected to an ongoing investigation into alleged drug trafficking,害羞草研究所� said O害羞草研究所橠onaghey.
害羞草研究所淚ncidental to his arrest the man was found in possession of two dozen individually packaged pieces (or over 5.6 grams) of suspected crack cocaine, along with hundreds of dollars in cash and multiple cellular phones.害羞草研究所�
A search warrant subsequently executed at a residence in Big White yielded the following seizures:
- over 54 grams suspected crack cocaine;
- over 90 individually packaged pieces of suspected crack cocaine (over 30 grams);
- over a gram of suspected heroin;
- equipment and materials consistent with the sale of illicit drugs;
The 18-year-old Hamilton Ontario man faces potential charges. He was later released from police custody and is expected to appear in Court on July 6.
