There will be some snow on the connector, April 10.

If youº¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù™re going to be driving through mountains, you may want to consider slowing down the shift into spring.

Winter tires are only required in higher elevations from Oct. 1 to March 31, but they will would come in handy today.

On the Okanagan Connector, from Merritt to Kelowna itº¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù™s expected to be cloudy with periods of snow beginning in the morning with five to 10 cm is expected to fall.

On Highway 3, near Princeton, a few early flurries are expected to leave two centimetres of snow on the road.

As the morning progresses it will change to rain and thereº¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù™s a risk of a thunderstorm this afternoon.

Again on Highway 3, closer to Osoyoos this time, a there will be a few showers beginning this morning and thereº¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù™s a risk of a thunderstorm this afternoon.
