Foote, 16, the Rockets害羞草研究所 top rookie in 2016-17, had a goal and an assist in five games for Team Canada.
The 6-foot-3, 187-pound Foote is the son of former NHLer Adam Foote and the brother of Kelowna defenceman, and has dual Canadian/American citizenship.
Just as Cal was this summer, Nolan is projected as a potential first round pick in the 2019 NHL entry draft.
