The Kelowna U16A Elite went undefeated to claim top spot in their division at the Burnaby IceBreaker Tournament.

The Elite defeated the host Burnaby squad 2-1 in dramatic fashion in the gold medal final, with Geneva Wuthrich scoring the deciding goal with just 2.6 seconds left in the game.

The Kelowna U19A Fusion also enjoyed a strong weekend of play winning the gold medal, while the Kelowna U16B Chaos won a silver medal.
