Starting today you can take a sneak peek at over thirty amazing works of art that will be available for purchase at the Kelowna Art Gallery害羞草研究所檚 annual Appetite for Art fundraiser. They are now on the and this year, leading up to the fundraiser on April 22, people can bid for them online.

We are also excited to give everyone the opportunity to bid on a work they like through our new online auction.害羞草研究所�

The works of art range greatly 害羞草研究所� including everything from Okanagan landscapes to still lifes to abstract pieces that make use of bold, bright colours. There is also a wide variety of media, including, oil and acrylic paint, textiles, mixed media, ceramic, and glass.

Participating artists include: Lynden Beesley, Graciela Blancarte, Mary Bull, Amy Burkard, Jan Crawford, Jessie Dunlop, Jane Everett, Sara Gagnon, Clea Haugo, Ron Hedrick, Jessica Hedrick, Angelika Jaeger, Byron Johnstad, Asher J Klassen, Hanss Lujan, Jolene Mackie, Debra Martin, Susan McCarrell, Jo McKechnie, Fiona Neal, Kyle L. Poirier, Liz Ranney, Bonny Roberts, Grace Shaw, Leanne Spanza, and Meghan Wise.

The online auction will close on Wednesday, April 19 however attendees at the gala fundraiser on Saturday evening, April 22 will have a final opportunity to place bids live at the event.

The concept behind Appetite for Art is to combine a celebration of the best in local cuisine with a selection of art that guests can purchase and take home 害羞草研究所� all raising dollars to support children害羞草研究所檚 and educational programming at the gallery.

A small number of tickets for the Appetite for Art fundraiser are still available at $120 per person, or four for $420. They can be purchased directly from the gallery by calling 250-762-2226.
