A few thousand people came out to the free Monster Bash at the Capital News Centre in Kelowna.

The three-hour event on Oct. 29, was a blast with ice skating, games, crafts, face painting, and lots of candy.

The bash collected donations for the Central Okanagan Food Bank, but was free for everyone to attend.
