Work at Springfield and Spall in Kelowna to take 4 weeks

Motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians can expect lane closures

Improvement work at the intersection of Springfield and Spall roads increasing the length of the eastbound left turn lane on Springfield Rd., the addition of a northbound right turn lane and left turn lane on Spall Rd.

Improvement work has started at the intersection of Springfield and Spall roads.

The work includes increasing the length of the eastbound left turn lane on Springfield Rd., the addition of a northbound right turn lane and left turn lane on Spall Rd., and improvements to crosswalks.  

Work is expected to take four weeks. Motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians can expect lane closures. 

Construction hours are Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, work may occur outside of these hours, on evenings and weekends.

Area businesses will remain open.
