After five years in downtown Kelowna, a restaurant known for it害羞草研究所檚 variety of cocktails is shutting it害羞草研究所檚 doors for good.

Open since Canada day 2018, Jack害羞草研究所檚 on Bernard era is coming on Jan. 1.

害羞草研究所淒espite the hopes of remaining a staple in Kelowna害羞草研究所檚 food and beverage scene, the lack of government support for businesses affected by unforeseen events became the decisive factor,害羞草研究所� said owner Casey Greabeiel. 害羞草研究所淛ack害羞草研究所檚 had a remarkable five-year run, but a series of challenges, culminating in the August fire, has led us to this difficult decision.害羞草研究所�

Greabeiel added that over a four-week span due to the Grouse Complex of wildfires in August, the restaurant lost more than $100,000 in revenue.

Despite losing Jack害羞草研究所檚, the restaurant害羞草研究所檚 entire team will be transitioning to roles with other restaurants under the Unconventional Hospitality Group umbrella, which includes Pretty Not Bad, Salt & Brick, and Diner Deluxe.

害羞草研究所淲hile bidding farewell to Jack害羞草研究所檚 was a tough decision, we are excited about consolidating our efforts and resources into our other projects,害羞草研究所� said Greabeiel.

Jack害羞草研究所檚 on Bernard will have one final celebration on New Year害羞草研究所檚 Eve at 5 p.m. Jack害羞草研究所檚 final hurrah will have people dancing late into the night.
