Central Okanagan students were up to the challenge on Saturday, as they competed in the annual First LEGO League 害羞草研究所楳asterpiece害羞草研究所 regional qualifying tournament.
On Feb. 10 at UBCO害羞草研究所檚 Engineering, Education, and Management Building, 13 teams totalling around 75 kids aged 9 to 16 from Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon competed in the event.
Central students are taking part in the First Lego Masterpiece tournament on UBCO害羞草研究所檚 campus throughout the day on Saturday.

For this year害羞草研究所檚 challenge, students had to research, explore, and create innovative prototype situations for real-world problems in the world of art, technology, and hobbies. Additionally, teams were to build a robot that was to complete missions in a timely fashion while also finding a way to improve the audience害羞草研究所檚 experience watching their creation.
