Another candidate for the BC United Party nomination for the Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream riding has dropped out of the race.

Adam Wilson, who was the first to officially announce his candidacy, released a statement Monday (Oct. 23) saying recent changes for him and his family have resulted in this no longer being the right time to be battling in a nomination election.

Wilson becomes the second nomination candidate, joining Kelowna city councillor Mohini Singh, who has stepped aside from the nomination race.

The remaining declared candidates are entrepreneur Binny Boparai, Regional District of North Okanagan board vice-chair Amanda Shatzko, Kelowna business owner Pavneet Singh and lawyer and real estate agent Bal Grewal.

Wilson害羞草研究所檚 decision comes in the wake of him starting doorknocking six months ago and signing up new party members to support his bid for the nomination.
