Boy taken to hospital after dirt bike incident in West Kelowna

The 11-year-old boy was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries

West Kelowna fire crews were called to 3725 Emerald Road, on April 14, after an 11-year-old boy had a serious fall from a dirt bike.

The boy had been dirt biking on a trail in Glenrosa about 6:30 p.m. when the incident occurred.

Fire crews responded with an ATV and a wheeled stretcher that was used to transfer the boy from the trail to the care of BC Ambulance.

The boy was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
