Okanagan residents are reminded that the curbside waste collection schedule will change during the holiday season.

Garbage, recycling and yard waste will not be collected on Christmas Day or New Year害羞草研究所檚 Day, both Mondays.

Due to these changes, curbside pick-up moves ahead one day, for everyone, during the last week of December and the first week of January. For example, if your collection is typically on a Monday, it will move to Tuesday.

Pickup will go back to normal on Monday, Jan. 8 when the regular collection schedule returns.

To stay off Santa害羞草研究所檚 Naughty List, residents are reminded to make sure the following items stay out of your recycling cart: ribbons and bows, foil gift wrap, padded envelopes, toys, lights, batteries, plastic bags and glass.
