A do not consume water notice issued for the Clifton Road area has been lifted.

The order was put in place on Monday (Aug. 19) following the discovery of a break-in at the Grainger Road reservoir. 

害羞草研究所淚n consultation with Interior Health, drinking water from City Water Utility intakes has been monitored, tested, and is consistently showing results that water is safe to consume by meeting Canadian Drinking Water Quality Guidelines,害羞草研究所� a City of Kelowna media release states. 

The affected approximately 1,500 residents in the Clifton Road area.

害羞草研究所淥ur team has completed all necessary water quality testing over the last couple of days and there is no result that has indicated that Monday害羞草研究所檚 break-in resulted in any issues with our water supply,害羞草研究所� said Andy Weremy, water operations manager. 害羞草研究所淎 big thank-you to affected residents for their patience and understanding as we worked through this unexpected incident this week.害羞草研究所� 

The break-in is being investigated by the RCMP.
