Early morning house fire on Kelownaº¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù™s Bernard Ave. º¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù˜suspiciousº¦Ðß²ÝÑо¿Ëù™

An early morning fire just north of Parkinson Recreation Park is suspicious according to the Kelowna Fire Department (KFD).

Crew were called to a home at 1826 Bernard Avenue around 4:40 a.m. on Jan. 29.

Flames were seen around the front of the residence and were quickly extinguished with minimal damage to the home.

A news release from KFD did not state if anyone was injured.

RCMP and the fire department are investigating the cause of the fire.
