Four Thompson-Okanagan RONA stores are participating in the company害羞草研究所檚 nationwide Home Sweet Home Campaign to raise funds to help provide access to housing for Canadians in need.
Overseen by the RONA Foundation, the campaign runs from Sept. 1 to 30 in stores across the country, including Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon and Kamloops. The campaign supports nearly 150 Canadian non-profits that help victims of domestic violence, low-income families, and people with disabilities or mental health issues.
Selected organizations include Habitat for Humanity Okanagan Society (Kelowna), South Okanagan Women in Need Society (Penticton), Sleep in Heavenly Peace (Vernon), and Elizabeth Fry Society of Kamloops.
