Peachland property tax notices have been popped in the mail

Property owners can also claim their 2024 Homeowners Grant by July 2, to avoid late penalties.

Peachland property owners are reminded that taxes are due Tuesday, July 2.

Those who have not received a tax notice by mid-June can call the district at 250-767-2647.

Property owners can also claim their 2024 Homeowners Grant by July 2, to avoid late penalties.

Property taxes can be made in person at the municipal hall, 5806 Beach Avenue, by cheque, cash, money order or with a debit card. Credit cards are not accepted.

The district office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday excluding Monday, July 1 which is a statutory holiday.

Non-cash payments can be deposited in the drop box located to the right of the main entrance door at the municipal hall.

Online payments can be made online at most financial institutions.

The account number for online banking is the last eight digits of the Roll Number printed on a tax notice at the top right corner.

Property owners are reminded to allow time for processing payments to avoid late penalties.
