As well as apartments at its head office on Tutt St., the organization operates NOW Place (21 units), and a building on Cawston Avenue (40 units) of affordable and supportive housing.

Tenants living in the new Wilkinson Ave apartments will have access to tenant support services, a mental wellness worker and 24/7 emergency cell service.

Community partners will also be invited to provide their resources to tenants.

The application has not yet been presented to city council.
