Kelowna Rockets to channel Turtle Power with speciality TMNT threads

The Kelowna Rockets are hitting the Prospera Place ice with the power of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) on Saturday night.

When the puck drops on Feb. 24, against the Prince George Cougars, the Rockets will be wearing the specialty TMNT jerseys for their RE/MAX: Nickelodeon Night for the Children害羞草研究所檚 Miracle Network. It is an event all 16 WHL teams take part in.

On Thursday, an online auction will open for all the game-worn jerseys, which will be given to the ones to bid the most. All funds raised will go to the Children害羞草研究所檚 Miracle Network. Last year, this campaign raised $160,000 across the league.

害羞草研究所淭he auction is in Canadian dollars, items can only be shipped within Canada and to the United States,害羞草研究所 the release states. 害羞草研究所淲inners will be contacted directly by the Kelowna Rockets organization for payment following the auction. Please note, that there is no combined shipping option. A shipping fee for each jersey will be applied.害羞草研究所

Tickets are still available for both Friday night against Vancouver and Saturday night. Puck drop is at 7:05 p.m. both nights.
