Kelowna man arrested, jailed for North Vancouver break and enters

The man responsible for breaking into four separate apartment buildings and condominium complexes in the Lonsdale Avenue corridor of North Vancouver has been sentenced to jail time.

The suspect targeted both mail rooms and storage lockers in the buildings.

North Vancouver害羞草研究所檚 Special Response Team took the conduct of the investigations, and with the assistance of Kelowna RCMP, identified a suspect believed to be responsible for all four break and enters. Curtis David Smith of Kelowna was charged this November and pleaded guilty to all four counts of break and enter.

Smith was handed a 60-day custodial sentence and a one-year probation order.
